What is Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner?

As an RTT Practitioner I have been trained by the world renowned therapist Marisa Peer & using a powerful combination of hypnosis, regression & subconscious reprogramming, I help my clients finally remove the limiting beliefs & success blocks that have held them back from reaching their full potential both in their personal lives & their businesses.

The results are fast & clients normally only need 1 – 3 sessions.

Why did you decide to start working in this field?

Just like everyone else, I had a number of limiting beliefs keeping me stuck in a career & a life that outwardly looked amazing but inwardly I was lost, fearful & anxious.  I was putting everyone else’s needs before my own.  Running my own coaching practice has always been my dream & despite being a really successful Performance & Personal Development Coach for almost 20 years in the corporate world, deep down I didn’t believe I was good enough to make it on my own.  I turned to RTT to help me finally realise what my subconscious blocks were and how they were holding me back in both my life & business.  The results were phenomenal & at that point I realised that this was an area I wanted to become an expert in & help other women experience the freedom, self belief  & confidence that I finally had.

How your work is different than the other experts in this field and why IWC members should turn to your services?

As well as being certified in RTT, I’m also an internationally accredited coach with over 20 years experience and I combine both these skills to create powerful programmes for my clients.  When you can combine both conscious work with subconscious work that’s when you experience truly, permanent,  transformational results & there are very few people who can offer both.

You said you decided to quit your corporate job at the age of 52. Wasn’t it scarry? How did you decide to experience such a rapid change?

Yes this was very scary. My limiting beliefs at the time were screaming at me & telling me to be grateful for what I had, I wasn’t good enough, skilled enough, qualified to make it on my own. Why would anyone want to work with me and so anymore.

However I had reached a stage in my life where menopause hit me & I was struggling emotionally & mentally and desperately needed some support from my employer.  For the first time in 18 years I reached out & I was shocked to realise that whilst the company I worked for had an amazing Occupational Health Support network, this didn’t include menopause and therefore no support could be offered.

At that point I decided enough was enough & this was my opportunity to get out there and follow my dreams.

Thankfully workplaces are now much more supportive of women transitioning through menopause & there are guidelines and policies in place to support.

A lot of my work is with high achieving business women, transitioning through menopause while at the height of their career.  My programmes give them the tools, techniques, knowledge & confidence to thrive through this perfectly natural phase of life without the need to compromise their career.

Do you consider women have more of the “limiting beliefs” than men in their careers and life ?

I don’t believe that women have more limiting beliefs than men in their careers or life but I do believe that there needs to be a balance.  Men tend to move forward without too much thinking about the consequences, while women tend to ruminate.  The combination of both brings a good balance.  Are you specializing in working with females only and if yes – what are they?

In my private 1:1 practice I only work with females, however when working with businesses I work with Leaders both male & female.

How would you describe a successful woman?

I think every woman has her own definition of success but for me it’s a number of things:-

She believes that she is enough & she is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to.

She loves herself completely & unconditionally and puts herself at the top of her own priority list.

She challenges herself. Intellectually, mentally, physically, spiritually, energetically.  She sets herself goals & then applies all of her skills, experience, knowledge & wisdom and she smashes them.

She can step away from her job and have a life outside of her workplace which she fully enjoys.

She understands that success is not always about what she achieves but how she inspires other women to follow their passion & purpose, she shines a light and leads the way.

She accepts that she is 100% responsible for her own happiness & success.

What is the knowledge women get after working with you?

When women work with me they finally realise that they are enough, exactly the way they are.  When you believe that you are enough you unlock a world of phenomenal success & opportunity.

Their confidence, self belief, sense of self worth, self value & self esteem soar.

They think, feel & know that they are enough & completely believe they can achieve extraordinary success in their lives and businesses.

Tell us more about your special  “Concious Women Coaching Programme?

This Programme is for women who want to experience the life changing magic of thinking, feeling & truly believing they are enough in every area of their personal lives & their businesses/careers.

It’s an 8 week programme, it includes 2 full RTT Sessions to remove limiting beliefs & success blocks. You also receive 2 x personalised subconscious transformational recordings, as well as weekly coaching sessions to help you set goals and a meaningful action plan.

The results so far have been phenomenal.

Who is your best client – a short description so IWC members can relate?

I call this my soulmate client. She is fed up settling & she wants success in her life & business without sacrifice.  She knows the beliefs running through her subconscious mind are holding her back but she doesn’t know how to break free.  She is ready to do the deep inner work.  She is ready to finally realise that she is enough.

Do you think having a social network only for women was a good idea? Why?

Absolutely.  This was a decision that I made at the outset. My journey & challenges to get where I am today relate to women.  I’ve experienced what my clients are going through & I’ve smashed through the other end.  If I can do it, then any woman can do it and that is the message I want to get out to every single woman.

Does your program apply to all ages, geographic locations and backgrounds?

My clients tend to be aged somewhere from mid 30s right through to mid 60s and I feel so grateful to work with women from all over the world.

Do you organise events and where can IWC members meet you in person?

Yes I do organise events. I have a retreat that I am hosting in Greece in September this year alongside the amazing Denise Mortimer.

I also host a series of online & offline events throughout the year.
